Return Policy

We are currently unable to automatically replace any purchased files that you delete or lose due to a system or disk error. Refund Policy

Downloaded files are not returnable for refunds once they have been purchased. If you need assistance with a purchase or download, please click the customer contact page to inform us of your concerns so we can determine how to help you.

Cancellation Policy

The ISIB Group Inc. retains all rights in the downloaded data not expressly granted to you. You may modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works (new versions) of the downloaded data as long as you maintain the ISIB Group's membership. If you do not maintain membership with the ISIB Group, Inc. , you must promptly delete or destroy all copies of the downloaded data.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

All purchased data files are delivered via electronic digital downloads. The ISIB Group, Inc. does not ship data files by mail or delivery carrier. All data files that are purchased are available for immediate download upon website check out.
