The customer decides the budget price they are willing to invest for HVAC preventative maintenance by listing their equipment on to the form. Using the easy-to-follow formulas, they can estimate an annual budget price and the investment payback for having such a program. The HVAC QUICKstep Plan™ insures customer satisfaction by putting them in control of the budget process.

The ISIB Group launches The Energy QUICKstep Plan™

Unlike the HVAC QUICKstep Plan™, this plan provides for a series of energy savings estimates using five different energy management software programs to determine cost avoidance of HVAC equipment. Data input is applied to the top half of the first page. Using Microsoft’s Excel spread sheets, twelve pages of easy-to-follow energy saving formulas automatically calculate the energy savings from the five different energy management programs and transforms the results back to the bottom half of the first page. The customer can observe an instantaneous cost avoidance total on the same page as data input is entered. Each page was designed to assist the customer in understanding the process and to easily follow each formula that leads to the end result. You can print all twelve pages to show backup information or just print the front page.
